NYC private school Ecole moving to new Flatiron Disctrict home

French-American personal college Ecole is shifting and rising. It signed a long-term lease for 46,000 sq. ft at Williams Equities’ 120 E. twenty third St., a 1913-vintage, 250,000 square-foot industrial constructing.

Ecole will occupy all the second and third flooring and a part of the bottom ground as a part of a “constructing inside a constructing.” The lease begins in October of 2025, in time for the brand new semester. Colliers’ Michael Berger represented the college whereas Robert Getreu, a Williams principal, acted for the owner.

“The École had a powerful want to develop a state-of-the-art tutorial facility and accommodate its rising pupil inhabitants inside this dynamic neighborhood,” Berger mentioned.
