An Olympic surfing judge was faraway from the Olympic Video games after a photograph circulated on-line of him alongside a competitor in Tahiti this week.
Australian judge Benjamin Lowe, Australian browsing crew member Ethan Ewing and coach Bede Durbidge took a bunch picture through the Video games throughout an off day for the competitors that raised eyebrows.
The Worldwide Browsing Affiliation launched an announcement Thursday saying it eliminated Lowe from the judging panel for the rest of the competitors to “defend the integrity and equity of the continuing competitors.”

“The ISA is conscious of a photo circulating on social media during which one of many Olympic browsing judges from Australia is seen socially interacting with an Australian athlete and the crew supervisor,” the ISA mentioned. “It’s inappropriate for a choose to be interacting on this method with an athlete and their crew.”
The choice was made in accordance with the ISA’s code of conduct and the Worldwide Olympic Committee’s code of ethics, it mentioned.
The browsing federation mentioned it had “communicated with all judges and groups to remind them of their obligations concerning acceptable conduct.”

The browsing competitions are happening in Tahiti, a French Polynesian island that is practically 3,000 miles east of Australia and practically 10,000 miles away from Paris.
