A person with a digicam allegedly harassed Chicago Sky gamers outdoors their Washington, D.C., resort on Wednesday.
Jeff Pagliocca, the staff’s normal supervisor, informed the Chicago Solar-Occasions that the person with the digicam was targeted on Sky guard Chennedy Carter. When the staff bus arrived, the person approached Carter and her teammates.

The Sky’s safety stepped in and defused the scenario, escorting the person away.
“It was over as quick because it began,” Pagliocca informed the outlet. “I’m very assured in our safety at all times making our gamers really feel protected. At present was an amazing instance of how vital they’re to our staff.”
Angel Reese, Isabelle Harrison and Michaela Onyenwere wrote in regards to the scenario on X.

“Getting harassed at our resort is the place the road must be drawn. Some ‘followers’ have NO CHILLLLL,” Onyenwere added on X. “We’ve safety, and so they did an amazing job of de-escalating the scenario/defending us.
