The incident was caught on video and shared to social media.
The person “did knowingly run onto the Reds taking part in subject in the course of the recreation with out permission to take action,” an officer wrote in a prison grievance, in response to Fox 19 Cincinnati. One other doc accused Hendon of impeding an officer’s lawful duties with function as he tried to run from the officer who was behind him.
Hendon is scheduled to make his first court docket look Wednesday morning.
In the meantime, the Reds fell to the Cleveland Guardians, 5-3.
